Preferred but not essential criteria:

• Air conditioning and refrigeration experience

• Solar installation experience

• ASP level 2 licence

• Elevated Work Platform High-Risk licence

• Work Safely at Heights certificate

Essential criteria:

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

• Minimum 1-year experience as an electrical tradesman

• Willingness to supervise apprentices as required

• The ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to ensure a safe work environment

• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems promptly

• Must hold a current Australian driver's license

• Must hold a “Construction Induction Safety Certificate” (White Card)

• Must hold a NSW Electrical Licence
